Shipping policy

At Three Little Ones, we take great care to ensure your orders are packed with love and arrive safely and promptly. 🌿
Below you’ll find all the details about how we process and deliver your parcels.

📦 Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of purchase.
Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays, or during weekends, are processed the following Monday.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including any available tracking details.

🚚 UK Shipping

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

💛 Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy seasons such as Christmas.

🌸 Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)

If you’re local, you’re welcome to collect your order from our shop.
Simply choose “Local Pickup” at checkout — we’ll send you an email as soon as your parcel is ready to collect.

🌿 Packaging

We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible — recyclable materials, paper wrap, and reusable tissue.
Each parcel is packed with care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

✨ International Orders

At this time, we deliver within the UK only.
If you’re outside the UK and interested in ordering, please email us at hello@threelittleones.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help.

💌 Delayed or Missing Orders

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow a few extra days before contacting us — occasionally Royal Mail experiences delays.
If it’s still missing after 10 working days, get in touch and we’ll happily look into it for you.
