Preorder Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to products clearly marked as “Preorder” on the Three Little Ones website.

Payment and stock reservation

Full payment is taken when your order is placed. We do not currently offer deposits or payment of the remaining balance at a later date.

The quantities available to preorder reflect our limited allocated stock. Once your order has been confirmed, your selected item and size will be reserved for you.

Expected dispatch date

Little Nosh preorder items are currently expected to be dispatched during September 2026. Some products may arrive and be dispatched sooner.

The stated arrival and dispatch timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date. Preorder stock can occasionally be affected by manufacturing, shipping, customs or other circumstances outside our control.

By purchasing a preorder product, you acknowledge and agree that delivery will take place later than our usual delivery timeframe.

Updates and delays

We will dispatch your order as soon as all the items included in it are available.

If there is a significant change to the expected dispatch timeframe, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order. You will then have the option to continue waiting or cancel the affected preorder item for a full refund.

If we are unable to supply a preorder product, we will contact you and issue a full refund for that item to your original payment method.

Orders containing preorder and in-stock products

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order will be dispatched together once every item is available.

If you would like your in-stock products to be dispatched immediately, please place them in a separate order from your preorder products. We cannot guarantee that combined orders can be separated after they have been placed.

Cancelling a preorder

You may request to cancel a preorder at any time before it has been dispatched. Please contact us with your name and order number.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.

Returns after delivery

Preorder products have the same return and cancellation rights as our other online purchases.

You may notify us that you wish to return an unwanted item within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return it. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all labels attached.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return postage cost. Your statutory rights are not affected.
